Worth knowing about Winzeler crossbows

Preparation and handling of Winzeler crossbow before and during shooting:

Check screws of crossbow
Check batteries of crossbow
Keep bolt carriage and bolt clean
Lubricate rail and bolt carriage
Shelter your crossbow
Grease eyes of bow string
Cock bow correctly
Set arrow correctly on rail
Press arrow in arrow spring
Never do dry firing
Preparations for storage

10) Never do dry firing

Never do dry firing with a cocked bow (i.e shots without bolt)!

By doing so, the whole bow system becomes unnecessary exposed to very high impacts.
Dry firing with an uncocked bow can be done.
The trigger system will not be affected!

As experienced crossbow shooter, Franck never does dry firing of course!
